The due date for submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) is changed from July 27, 2007, to September 19, 2007. The due date for submitting a proposal is changed from August 31, 2007, to October 19, 2007. This change is made in anticipation of the release of the final text for these two program elements being released prior to July 19, 2007. On or about June 26, 2007, this Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement "Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2007" (NNH07ZDA001N) will be posted on the NASA research opportunity homepage at http://nspires.nasaprs.com/ (select "Solicitations" then "Open Solicitations" then "NNH07ZDA001N"). The due date for submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) is changed from June 29, 2007, to July 6, 2007. The due date for submitting a proposal is changed from September 7, 2007, to September 20, 2007. LASER has also been amended to allow (i) proposals for up to 4 years and (ii) participation in the Fellowships for Early Career Researchers described in Appendix C.22 of ROSES-2007.
